Their customer service is excellent. I ordered some bags and they came really quick! Unfortunately, they didn't work for me but noissue allowed me to return them (super awesome!) AND they were super responsive and helpful throughout the return process, even though I accidentally dropped the package off at usps instead of ups. I'm hoping that they eventually carry packaging that works for my needs so I can use them.
