What are the size options for custom garment bags?
Any apparel business can make clothing packaging bags with a logo through noissue. Our garment bags come in five standard sizes, ranging from 200mm x 250mm to 400mm x 600mm. These options let you fit any garment with ease, whether you sell t-shirts for kids or large winter wear coats. We also offer custom sizing if you require something bigger, smaller, or more tailored to your clothing’s length and width. When you order, simply select “custom size” and include the dimensions you would like under “extra info”, and we’ll return with a quote as soon as possible.
How durable are your garment bags?
Our garment bags are very durable – made to sustain long-term use. By default, we use 1.5mil (40um) material, but we can also produce garment bags of custom thicknesses from 1.2-1.8mil (30-45um). Aside from affecting the durability of the material, the thickness also determines the translucency of the garment bag. The thinner the garment bag, the more transparent it will be. This is a good option for businesses that sell pre-bagged clothing in-store, letting the customer see the clothing inside the garment bag before buying.
Can garment bags be used for international shipping?
Our garment bags should not be used for shipping directly, but you can place them in one of our mailer bags or boxes to safely send your clothing across borders. These eCommerce packaging items are made from recyclable materials, adding extra eco-friendliness to your business’s packaging. They’re also fully customizable, so you can pair matching garment bags and mailer bags or boxes together to give your customers an awesome opening experience.
Can customers reuse the garment bags?
You absolutely can. The durability of each garment bag makes them great for storing clothes repeatedly. They’re also a good way to store or carry other small goods around the house, such as toys or art supplies. Our multiple closure options make reusing the garment bag easy – especially with the zipper, press seal, and double adhesive closures. Not only are noissue garment bags great for the environment, they’re great for the customer too, providing another small storage space to keep their goods.
Do noissue custom garment bags come with different closure options, like zippers or snaps?
They sure do. You can select from five different closure options for your garment bag order: adhesive, zipper, press seal, pillow fold, and open top. Most businesses opt for the single adhesive choice; double adhesive is also available to provide additional reusability. The zipper and press seal options are also ideal for those who want to give customers reusability with their garment bag, while the pillow fold and open top options may be suitable for certain types of clothing where you don’t want to risk the threads being caught on sticky adhesive or stuck in zips.
Can noissue garment bags be composted at home?
Yes! noissue’s compostable garment bags are made of 80% polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT), a biodegradable material which naturally decomposes without leaving toxic residues. The other 20% is polylactide (PLA), which is made from corn waste, along with other plants. We print on each garment bag with water-based foodsafe ink, which doesn’t harm the environment, unlike oil-based inks. This means that our garment bags are safe to compost at home, allowing your customers to dispose of them right in the convenience of their own backyard. Each garment bag takes 180 days to break down at home.
