noissue’s paper padded mailers are designed for shipping flat or smaller items that require a bit of extra protection. The honeycomb kraft paper padding adds additional cushioning to ordinary [kraft mailers](https://noissue.co/custom-packaging/custom-kraft-mailers/) without significantly increasing the weight – essential when it comes to reducing shipping costs. Because the padding protection material is the same kraft paper as the exterior mailer, it’s easy to recycle these envelopes right at home.

Yes, your products will stay well-protected in domestic and international transit with the honeycomb cushioning layer of our paper padded mailers. This layer acts the same as the bubble layer of a [traditional padded mailer](https://noissue.co/custom-packaging/wholesale-custom-bubble-mailers/), preventing any breakage that might occur if your package gets dropped or knocked around. To prevent bending flat objects like books, we recommend placing a cardboard insert in each paper padded mailer. Please note that since the shipping mailers are made of kraft paper, they are not waterproof. 

Our paper padded mailers are made of sustainable materials that can be 100% recycled right at home. Not only do we use curbside-recyclable kraft paper, but we print with water-based inks that are easy to separate in the recycling process and free of plastisols that can harm the environment. There are four standard dimensions available for our recyclable padded mailers. In addition to these, we also offer custom sizing for the perfect fit. The paper padded mailers can be printed on both sides, including on the back of the tear strip flap. However, please note that full bleed and edge-to-edge printing are unavailable, and all designs must be at least 2mm from the edge.

Since these padded mailers are produced with paper, you’ll need to keep them out of high humidity, high temperatures, moisture, and lights. So, ensure you store them in a cool, dry place to prevent warping and curling and extend their life.
